Rare signed document, three pages, 8.5" x 11", dated November 15, 2005. A Music Synchronization and Licensing Agreement between Chuck Berry and Universal Pictures in which Berry grants Universal the rights to use "Johnny B. Goode" in CD-ROM and downloadable forms of "Back to the Future II", with Berry receiving the sum of $50,000 for his composition. Signed with a rare "Charles Berry" full signature at the conclusion in black ink. Well preserved and in overall fine condition. "Johnny B. Goode" is one of the most prominent songs of the Back to the Future franchise, and we've never seen a document relating to this famed composition and legendary movie series ever in the market. Sources directly from the Chuck Berry archives! Accompanied by a COA from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
