Eric Clapton is one of the world's most celebrated guitarists who has dazzled crowds for decades with his music. In the early 1960's Eric Clapton picked up the nickname ""Slowhand"" from the expression ""slow-hand clapping."" During his forty plus year career he played with such great bands as The Yardbirds, Cream, and Derek and the Dominoes. His greatest fame came as a solo artist, and he is considered by many—including his peers--as the greatest guitarist in rock history. Offered here is an appropriately Cream-colored Fender Squier Stratocaster electric guitar, boldly hand signed by the legendary performer in Sharpie ink along the body. A light spot of staining and crackling to the finish is present on torwards the north edge above the signature (see pics), otherwise the guitar is in fine condition. It should be noted that Clapton is a notoriously difficult autograph to acquire, and he has upheld policy of not signing guitars for several years.
