Considered by many one of the best military members to ever enlist in the United States Army, General George Custer would start his decorated service in 1861. On June 25th, 1876, George would lead "Custer's Last Stand" where the 7th Cavalry Regiment, including two of his brothers, Boston and Thomas, at the Battle of the Little Bighorn in Montana Territory by Native Americans. While any signed material from the military legend is hard to come by, this offering pairs a special grouping of two brother that would share the same fate. Offered here is an 4.5" x 2.5" hand signed/addressed envelope from George Custer to his brother Tom Custer, the first such pairing we have ever handled. Overall in fine condition with minor soiling. Authenticated & encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
