Heather O'Rourke starred in the Steven Spielberg thriller "Poltergeist" at the age of 6 in 1982, followed by "Poltgergeist II" in 1986. In 1988, she died tragically at only 12 years old. Offered here is a 3.5" x 5.5" black & white publicity photo for Poltergeist II: The Other Side, signed by O'Rourke in blue felt tip marker with childlike precision in her cursive, "Love, Heather O'Rourke". O'Rourke's signatures are practically non-existent due to her untimely childhood death, so this is a very rare piece - and a reminder of how young she was during her time in the spotlight. Please note that the white streak in the image is simply a reflection off of the plastic holder, not a flaw with the item itself.
