Ultra-rare United States 16" x 20" Patent/Commerce Office appointment signed by President John F. Kennedy & Secretary of Commerce Luther H. Hodges on June 14th 1961. Overall in good condition with minor handling wear. It's worth noting we have never offered a commerce appointment from not only Kennedy, but any President!
