The 2008 Olympics U.S. Men's Basketball Team was nicknamed the "Redeem Team", a play on an alternative name for the legendary 1992 squad that was called the "Dream Team", and a reference to the fact that the United States came away with disappointing Bronze Medals during the 2004 Olympics. Team captain Kobe Bryant helped ultimately lead the team to accomplishing their goal of getting the gold, with eleven NBA All-Stars, a Hall of Fame coach in Mike Krzyzewski, and an NBA MVP at the helm. Offered here is a limited edition (16/50) Nike Team USA jersey signed by Kobe Bryant along with the inscription "08 USA Gold" in silver felt tip marker across the front dark blue background. In overall fine condition, with Nike and USA Basketball tagging as well as the words "Games of the XXIX Olympiad" stitched in gold. Accompanied by a COA from Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA).
