Typed letter on one page of 8” x 10.5” United States Senate stationary dated December 14, 1937, and signed at the conclusion in blue ink by Harry S. Truman. Correspondence to Mrs. John W. Higgins reads, in part: “I am enclosing you a letter of introduction for Miss Mary Louise Higgins to the American Ambassador in London.” In fine condition. Accompanied by a full Beckett/BAS Letter of Authenticity.
