Partly-printed, one-page vellum land grant, approximately 9.75” x 16”, dated November 13, 1822, and signed “James Monroe” by the 5th President of the United States. Via this document, Monroe grants Samuel Bunn of Ohio 355 acres, paid in full to the General Land Office. The document is also cosigned by the Commissioner of the General Land Office, John McLean. Fully intact Land Office seal affixed. This document is VG and has five vertical creases and mild toning and foxing. Monroe’s signature is exceptional! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
