Offered here is a rare cut on White House stationary with signatures from four Presidents from the late 70s to early 90s, Jimmy Carter, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and George H.W. Bush (Sr.). In overall fine condition with some red ink slightly smudged to the right of President Carter's signature. It is rare to find memorabilia with multiple eras of Presidential signatures!
