Tiger Woods has autographed many an item in his career, but only a handful of authentic signed golf balls are known to exist. He stopped signing the dimpled orbs when he joined the PGA Tour in 1996. To this day, Woods still refuses to autograph them even for such promotional signings as Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA) events. His are by far the rarest of any modern-day golfer's single-signed golf balls. The presented example features a red felt tip autograph from a young Tiger penned across the Maxfli MD #3 golf ball. In terms of condition, the clean, white ball presents exceptionally well, and is accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA. Also accompanied by a handwritten note from Bob Lake, who worked for the Western Open and had this golf ball personally signed by Tiger in 1994, the first year he competed at that event.
