Dubbed "The Wedding of the Century" by the press at the time, the highly publicized marriage of American actress Grace Kelly (later Princess Grace de Monaco) to Prince Rainier III of Monaco went onto be one of the most well-known royal weddings of all time, and has continued to be portrayed in various pop culture outlets from music to books to movies world-wide. Offered here is a First Day Cover released in conjunction with the royal wedding on April 19, 1956, emblazoned with five commemorative royal wedding stamps and graced with the presence of the flourishing autographs of both Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier, both signing in black steel tip, with Grace using the name "Grace de Monaco". Beautifully placed on the FDC, both signatures stand out boldly and the envelope itself stands in good condition. Authenticated & encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
