Offered here is an ultra-rare 3" x 5" lined index card, handsomely signed by Piccolo in blue ballpoint. The signature is bold and dark. The index card itself has some yellowing due to age as well has notes about Piccolo in an unknown hand in pencil, but is in overall in fine condition. Given Piccolo's early passing and brief time on the Bears' active roster, signed items are extraordinarily rare. Authenticated & encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
