Offered here is an Official National League (Charles Feeney) baseball which was knocked for an RBI double by the all time Hit King, Pete Rose, during his Phillies victory over the Montreal Expos on April 12, 1980. The hit was Rose's first of the 1980 season and the 3,373rd of his career. Pete has signed the sweet spot in blue ink with a "#3373 4/12/80" inscription while an unknown hand has added several other detailed inscriptions on other panels. An excellent relic from the Hit King's career! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) as well as a MEARS Auction LOA for the game use.
