This letter, dated July 22, 1955, was sent to President Dwight D. Eisenhower's older brother, Mr. Edgar Eisenhower, in regards to scheduling a meeting and discussing an amendment to a document. Reads, in part: "With respect to the proposed amendment, I note that you have again inserted the three words 'any provision of' that I told you I instinctively feared." The letter is typed on official White House letterhead. Signed with a casual "D.E." by the President in black fountain pen. In fine condition with some toning due to age and two hole punches at the top of the page. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
