Presidential-era signed 10" x 16" November 30, 1831 Land Grant signed by President Andrew Jackson in black steel tip pen, in which President Jackson grants a parcel of land to William Weaver of Montgomery County. Document has two vertical fold lines and exhibits moderate foxing and wear. Presidential seal is fully intact. The reverse of the document contains some paper remnants from previously being affixed to something. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
