Straight from coach Walt Alston's personal collection, offered here is a 1958 Brooklyn Dodgers team-signed Official National League (Giles) baseball signed by 23 members of that squad. Signers include Alston on the sweet spot, as well as Sandy Koufax, Pee Wee Reese, Don Drysdale, Gil Hodges, Carl Furillo, Carl Erskine, John Roseboro, Don Bessent, Randy Jackson, Dick Gray, Norm Larker, Fred Kipp & Elmer Valo. Please note that the signatures of Ed Koebuck, Jim Gilliam, Don Zimmer, Duke Snider, and Gino Cimoli have all been deemed to be "clubhouse" by BAS, a common practice in those times. The ball is in overall fine conditioning with some haloing to some of the signatures and toning throughout. The stamps are still extremely bold and legible. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Steve Grad/Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
