Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15" x 18.25", February 15, 1907. President Roosevelt promotes John A. Hornberger as “"[Unknown] assistant [unknown] in the Navy, with the rank of Lieutenant.” Boldly signed at the conclusion by President Roosevelt and countersigned by acting Secretary of the Navy Victor H. Metcalf. The blue seal remains intact. In very good condition with very mild wear. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
