The 41st President along with his First Lady have each signed this 8" x 10" color portrait photograph in blue felt tip pens. George H.W. Bush has inscribed: "To Bill McManus- With appreciation and high regards, George H.W. Bush." Barbara has inscribed: "To a great friend of the Bushes and the G.O.P!!! Affectionately, Barbara Bush." In overall fine condition with some speckling and foxing across the photo due to aging. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
