Mickey Mantle is regarded by many to be the greatest switch hitter of all time and one of the greatest players in baseball history. In his storied 18-year career with the New York Yankees, he was a 7-time World Series champion, a 16-time American League All-Star and a 3-time MVP, including the Triple Crown in 1956. Mantle was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1974. Offered here is a great 11" x 14" color photograph of Mantle at Yankees Stadium standing next to Robert F. Kennedy for the Mickey Mantle Day celebration in 1965. Signed in blue sharpie with a rare "1965” inscription. Signature is SUPERB and arguably a "10". In overall fine condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
