Scarce Official American League (Lee MacPhail Haiti era) signed baseball by Hall-of-Famer Kirby Puckett. If the signature looks a bit off to you, that's because this is a true Puckett rookie-era signature (or potentially even pre-rookie - MacPhail stepped down as commissioner in 1983)! Given the rarity of this item, it's worth noting the quality of the baseball as well. Some collectors are aware that Haiti baseballs are particularly hard to find in good condition such as this ball. Due to un-filtered water used during the creation of the baseballs, many over time have extreme spotting & toning due to that fact. This ball remains in overall good condition with only light signs of such discoloration. Couple the condition of this sphere with the extremely scarce rookie-era signature of Puckett, this baseball is a must have for any rare single signed baseball collector!
