Offered here is a rare 8.5" x 11" typed letter dated just 6 weeks before this most famous of speeches, on July 19, 1963, signed at the conclusion "Martin" in bold blue ballpoint. Highlight content includes Martin Luther King regretfully declining an speaking engagement at a time which he already had another commitment. Overall in fine condition with horizontal folds.
