With the autograph business really taking off in the mid-to-late 1980's, items signed by some of the bigger names, including Mantle, prior to that time are considered a rarity. This vintage 1970's Official American League MacPhail baseball serves as one of those rarities. With Mantle signing the sweet spot in ballpoint adding "Best Wishes, Mickey Mantle." Overall in in fine with a light hue of toning. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
