Presented here is the 1986 smash hit album "5150"--Van Halen's first with then new singer Sammy Hagar--nicely hand signed along the cover in felt tip marker by Eddie Van Halen, Alex Van Halen and Michael Anthony, with Sammy Hagar completing the piece. In overall fine condition with minor handling wear to the edges. Authenticated by REAL/Roger Epperson with a full letter of authenticity.
