Extremely scarce inscribed example of an OAL (Budig) sphere signed by former Yankee captain Derek Jeter. Inscription reads "R.O.Y." indicating his Rookie of the Year status of 1996. Any inscription by Jeter is very rare & desirable! The ball is in overall fine condition with even toning. This is quite possibly the nicest and most well-preserved rookie-era signature from Jeter we have ever handled! Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
