Partly-printed 16" x 13" document, signed “Victoria R.,” on June 26th, 1855. Queen Victoria appoints Edward John Fryer to Rifle Brigade. Signed in the upper left corner by Queen Victoria, and countersigned by Secretary of War, the Lord Panmure. Blue and white paper seals remain affixed to left side. Overall in fine condition with vertical folds, minor discoloration & speckling. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
