Rare sepia toned 8" x 10" Ortho NY image signed in black ink by former President Franklin D. Roosevelt with the inscription "To John C. Stigmier, With the sincere regards of Franklin D. Roosevelt" and the date "July 1929". Overall in fine condition with minor surface impressions. Authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services (BAS) with a full letter of authenticity.
