Unparalleled collection of Marilyn Monroe items including: strands of her actual hair, personally owned stalkings, and a signed page featuring one of the boldest and largest Monroe autographs we’ve ever encountered.

The hair, which consists of (7) strands, the largest of which measures 1.5” in length, is bolstered by impeccable provenance as having originated from John Reznikoff—recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records as the World’s Foremost Historical Hair Expert—who himself acquired them at Willis Henry Auctions from the Estate of Bergdorf Goodman’s “Hairdresser to the Stars” Robert Champion. The stylist had such close ties to the blonde bombshell, that in his book, Champion wrote about touching up Marilyn on her iconic night of singing “Happy Birthday Mr. President” to JFK at Madison Square Garden. Pictured here is an image of Monroe and Maria Callas with Robert Champion.

The sleek single “Farilane” sheer black seam stalking originates from the personal wardrobe of Marilyn Monroe, and was originally sold by Julien’s Auction.

The exceptionally large and bold autograph is in black ballpoint pen on a 8.5” x 11” sheet of lined music paper, “To Dave, Warmest Regards, Marilyn Monroe.” Gregory Peck has also signed beneath Marilyn on the page. This is one of the largest and boldest Marilyn autographs we’ve seen. In overall fine condition, with some toning and wear to Marilyn signed page, not at all affecting the signature’s presentability.

An especially alluring and unique Marilyn compilation combining her autograph, wardrobe, and literally a piece of her DNA: her actual hair. A must-have—and utterly one-of-a-kind compendium—for only the most accomplished of Marilyn collectors.
