From the famous Seven Year Itch dress to the pouty red lips and peroxide blonde hair, Marilyn Monroe was a beauty, a fabulous force to be reckoned with - and she had great eyebrows, too. None of this came easily, though. Although she is still reckoned as one of the most beautiful women to have ever lived on the planet, she famously had a very detailed beauty regimen, from diet to fitness to hair to makeup - you name it, she had a secret for it. Offered here is a seldom-seen insight into part of that routine with a receipt from the Elizabeth Arden Salon, in which the stylist visited Marilyn's suite at the Beverly Hills Hotel to give her some waxing treatments - specifically her legs (to her knees) and her underarms - as well as an unknown ("VCM") treatment to her face. The receipt for $46 has been signed by the blonde bombshell in her typical flourishing style in pencil. In overall fine condition with tears to the two hole punches along the top and some handling wear. All handwriting is in the stylist's hand other than Monroe's autograph. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
