Biggie Smalls signed in black felt tip, "To: Charlie, Keep Bangin', B.I.G." This is one of only two authentic Notorious B.I.G. items we have ever handled, a level of rarity that cannot be matched by even the most elusive historical figures & iconic entertainers.
