Signed & inscribed in near-mint black ballpoint ink, "To Betty Mann, With My Best Wishes, John Kennedy, USS Mass." A famous image of the young Senator featuring a near perfect vintage signature! Overall in fine condition with mild handling wear to the left edge & a minor ink blotch to the "h" in wishes. Authenticated by PSA/DNA with a full letter of authenticity.
