Dated March 19, 1963 this letter on White House letterhead is signed to Congressman Omar Burleson, wishing him a happy birthday. While the original letter is typed to "Mr. Congressman", JFK crossed out the more formal title and wrote "Omar," adding a more personal touch. It was only eight months later that Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas. In fine condition with a horizontal fold. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
