This June 5, 1985 check made out to Raymond Lutzker, O.D. for the amount of $636.00 has been beautifully hand signed by The Grateful Dead frontman Jerry Garcia. Garcia is an extremely tough and rare autograph. The signature is so impeccable it has been given the grade of GEM MINT 10 and encapsulated by PSA/DNA.
