While Brady rookies seem to be catching fire as of late, one that has steadily flown below the radar and is due for a breakout is the one presented in this offering. The 2000 Tom Brady Leaf Rookies & Star issue has two very important things going for it. First, unlike many other Brady rookies that showcase him in either his college uniform or in a practice jersey, this card features a great action photo of Brady in his full uniform. Second, the entire print run on this card is limited to just 1000 copies per card. This one is numbered 623/1000, and you know that with that type of print one the grading population for higher end examples will always remain very low. This offered example checks in at a superb grade of PSA 9. The PSA pop report shows a total of 101 graded examples, with only 24 receiving this grade. It's a win-win with Brady: if he has success in Tampa, his values will skyrocket, and if he doesn't, they will still climb because he is without question the GOAT of Football!
