It's the finest example we've ever encountered, claiming top marks in every criteria upon which Armstrong photos are evaluated. Veteran collectors are aware that the vast majority of signed photos from this pioneering spaceman are personalized, but this one is appealingly free of any such attribution. And Armstrong's sharpie signature, often found in substandard condition due to the fading effects of age and light exposure, is the boldest deep blue imaginable. The 8x10" photo is likewise free of any flaws worthy of note, and even comes with the original NASA mailing envelope that delivered the important relic to its original collector.
