Hideki Matsui was one of Japan's biggest stars when he went from the Yomiuri Giants, across the Pacific to the mecca of baseball, the New York Yankees. The former World Series hero used this select lumber from 8-31-07 to 9-7-07 spanning 6 games during the end of year stretch. This 34 inch, 31.1 ounce lumber remains in good condition with a repaired crack, displaying outstanding use to the maple weapon of choice by "Godzilla". Extensive photo-matches have been provided from when the Japanese slugger used the lumber. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity & grading of 9.5 by PSA/DNA.
