Here is a stunning original vintage black and white photograph of John Bonham performing live with Led Zeppelin at Chicago Stadium, Chicago, USA in April 1977 which was taken by Neal Preston that has been signed on the front by John Bonham in black pen. John has added the inscription ‘Best Of Luck Lads’ above his name. Comes with a letter from the previous owner that reads ‘John Bonham's son Jason was a schoolboy motocross rider for team Kawasaki in the late 1970s. I worked for newspaper called "Trials and Motocross News - TMX" in the mid / late 80's. Bill Lawless was the editor. He gave me this signed photograph which had appeared in the paper at some point in 79 / 80. Bill was friends with John. John would attend race meetings bringing along large amounts of spirits according to Bill, himself a drinker’. The photograph measures 8 inches x 11.5 inches. The condition is very good plus. A spectacular oversized original vintage photograph of the famed Zeppelin drummer signed perfectly in the sweet spot. Accompanied by a detailed Letter of Provenance explaining how the photo was acquired along with a Letter of Authenticity from music autograph authority Tracks UK.
