Signed document as President, one page, 7.5" x 8.75", June 17, 1854. President Pierce authorizes the Secretary of State to affix the official Seal of the United States to a warrant document. Boldly signed by Pierce in black quill pen and in overall fine condition. Nicely matted with an engraving and housed in an impressive museum-quality framed display, measuring 13" x 24" overall.
