Once captain of the Imperial Star Destroyer Avenger, a ship assigned to the Sith Lord Darth Vader's Death Squadron, Captain Needa would serve the tough task of following the ask of Vader. The Avenger was on hot pursuit of Han Solo's Millennium Falcon during the Battle of Hoth, only to lose the elusive .05 lightspeed craft from its sensors. Needa decided to take responsibility for the situation and personally apologize to Vader, an apology Vader accepted upon telekinetically strangled & killing the captain. Offered here is an ultra-rare 8" x 10" color photograph from The Empire Strikes Back signed by Dave Prowse, James Earl Jones & Michael Culver who adds "Apology Accepted, Captain Needa" in felt tip marker. Overall in fine condition with minor brushing & handling wear to the edges.
