This 7" x 9" letter on White House letterhead is dated February 10, 1993 and was sent to the Steven Scott Orchestra in order to thank them for the contributions to the Inaugural week activities. The orchestra was one of several music groups who performed during the week's activities. The letter has been signed in bold black felt tip my then-newly inaugurated President Bill Clinton. In good condition with a repaired tear to the top. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
