Seldom seen appointment document signed as President on October 5th, 1961 by John F. Kennedy in striking black ink. The President appoints Frederick A. Daugherty of Oklahoma as the District Judge for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma. This document is signed at the conclusion by President Kennedy and counter signed by Acting Attorney General Byron R. White. Overall in fine condition with a beautifully toned hue and an impressive intact seal. The signature at the bottom is incredibly bold. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from Beckett Authentication Services (BAS).
