A great addition to the collection of any Queen fan, presented here is a vintage 1976 Elton John tour shirt, once personally owned and worn by the late great Freddie Mercury. Given that Mercury and Sir Elton had a close friendship, it is possible--if not likely--that this shirt was gifted to Mercury by Elton himself. The shirt has been well preserved and stands in overall excellent condition.

PROVENANCE: This shirt was originally sold in 2000 at Bonhams UK as a part of the collection of Mercury's first love, David Minns. Minns was the inspiration for Mercury's lyrics to the Queen classic, "Love of My Life".
