A centerpiece relic for the collection of any Yes fan, offered here is an original RIAA certified sales award issued by Atlantic Records to Chris Squire to commemorate the sale of more than one million dollars worth of album sales for the 1971 Yes classic release, "Fragile". In overall fine condition, the award was re-backed in order to fix when the disc had previously fallen in the display. The new wrapping on the reverse showcases the original New York Picture Frame Company sticker, which was archivally removed from the previous backing. The front glass on this award has been signed in black felt tip marker by Squire's fellow Yes bandmates Steve Howe, Jon Anderson and Rick Wakeman. Very cool! This marks the first time that a Chris Squire personal Yes record award has ever surfaced in the marketplace. Yes collectors--take notice!
