Offered here is a hand signed approval/faxed document for Levon Helms' "Ain't In It For The Money" film. This document was used for Berry to approve the use of his song "Back to Memphis" in the documentary of Helms' life. Berry signed the document twice in red fountain pen, once signed his full name "Charles Berry" and once signed "Chuck Berry". Berry also circled the song in question. Berry would be paid $950.00 for this deal. The documentary was full of amazing artists including Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, and The Band. Authenticated by Beckett/BAS with a COA.
