5" x 3" Index Card, signed in black felt tip marker by Zelda Rubenstein. She also adds "Best to the Best". Overall in fine condition and includes the signing date of 8/30/87 on the back of the card.

Zelda was a quirky actress, best known for her portrayal of the eccentric Medium in the hit horror film "Poltergeist" and also had roles in Sixteen Candles, Teen Witch, National Lampoons Last Resort and Picket Fences. Zelda passed away January 27, 2010 at the age of 76.
