Here is a stunning original Amy Winehouse 2004 UK Island Records ‘Take the Box’ 12-inch 45rpm single (12 IS 840) signed beautifully on the front cover ‘love, Amy xx’. The LP-sized cover boasts an unusually large Amy signature scripted beside her profile image. ‘Take The Box’ was the second single off ‘Winehouse’s October 2003 debut album ‘Frank’. The song would eventually become the album’s highest charting single. At this point in time, Winehouse was a relatively unknown UK-based jazz singer. She wouldn’t release her breakout album, Back to Black, for another two-and-a-half years.
A visually stunning early-signed example on one of Winehouse’s earliest recordings. The upper right-hand corner of the cover exhibits remnants of a price tag removal. Otherwise, the cover and original un-played vinyl record are in excellent condition. Accompanied by a full Letter of Authenticity from music autograph authority Tracks UK.
