Offered here is an Official White House Card that has been personally signed by President Herbert Hoover. The card is well preserved and is in fine condition. Please note that the card is encased in a protective sleeve within the plastic casing, which gives the appearances of markings where the sleeve is flush against the card. However, the card is unaffected by the sleeve. Further encapsulated and authenticated by PSA/DNA.
