Rare & desirable 8.5" x 11" payment acknowledgement letter from production company Samuel Goldwyn to director Howard Hawks. Signed at the conclusion by Howard Hawks with a full "Howard W. Hawks" autograph. The duo would work together on the 1935 film "Barbary Coast" which captivated audiences in San Francisco's so-called Barbary Coast during the California Gold Rush. Overall in fine condition with minor discoloration.
