Partly-printed document signed as president, one page, 7" x 7.5", July 7, 1875. President Grant orders the Secretary of State to affix “the Seal of the United States to a Warrant for the pardon of Joseph Jones.” A beautiful black ink signature from President Grant concludes the document.
