Vintage 8" x 10" MGM Studios publicity photograph for the Marx Bros' classic film, "A Day at the Races," nicely hand signed in fountain pen ink, "To Silvia Martin from the Marx Bros, Harpo Marx,""Groucho Marx," and, "Chico Marx." All three signatures have been well placed, with each rating a solid "8-9" overall. Photo exhibits some moderate scattered handling wear but stands in otherwise fine condition. Rounding out the lot is a signed business bank check from Zeppo Marx, thus creating a grouping in which all four of the Marx Bros. are represented! Multi-signed photographs from this iconic quartet of comedic geniuses are virtually non-existent, and while all four are not featured on the photo, the photograph and check combination offer terrific possibilities for framing. Accompanied by full Letters of Authenticity for both items from James Spence Authentication (JSA).
