This document is dated July 11, 1905 and is signed at the conclusion by Theodore Roosevelt, as well as Secretary of the Navy Charles Darling. The document is appointing Roland W. Schumann of Seneca Falls, NY to the position of Asst. Paymaster with the rank of Ensign. The document came directly from the estate of Mr. Schumann! The blue Presidential Seal is almost fully intact. In great overall condition for a document of its age. Accompanied by full Letter of Authenticity from PSA/DNA.
